Strikeforce: Overeem vs. Werdum, also known as Strikeforce: Dallas, was a mixed martial arts event held by Strikeforce. The event took place on June 18, 2011 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. The main card aired on Showtime while the preliminary card aired on HDNet.
Originally scheduled for April 9th, this event hosted the two remaining quarter-final fights in the Strikeforce Heavyweight Grand Prix tournament.
Muhammed Lawal was expected to fight Ovince St. Preux at this event, however now he is expected to fight Roger Gracie at Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Henderson.
Scott Smith had indicated that he was hoping to fight at this event, however he will now fight at Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Henderson.
Shane Del Rosario was scheduled to face Daniel Cormier in a Heavyweight Grand Prix Reserve bout. Del Rosario, however, had to pull out of the bout after a car accident in early May. Jeff Monson stepped in as a replacement to face Cormier.
Amanda Nunes was scheduled to face Julie Kedzie. However, a hairline fracture in her foot forced Nunes off the card.
Gina Carano was scheduled to make her Strikeforce return against Sarah D’Alelio. While medically approved by the Texas Athletic Commission, Carano opted to pull out of the fight on the advice of her own doctor.
Brian Melancon weighed in 4 pounds over the welterweight non-title bout allowance of 171 lb.

Description: Windows 8 is the codename for an upcoming version of Microsoft Windows, a series of operating systems produced by Microsoft for use on personal computers, including home and business desktops, laptops, netbooks, tablet PCs, and media center PCs.  Yesterday we had scene 720p bluray ray rip of “West Is West” and while we are waiting for scene dbrip/dvdrip to show up, this one from p2p group AbSurdiTy can do the job.
Plot: Manchester, North of England, 1975. The now much diminished, but still claustrophobic and dysfunctional, Khan family continues to struggle for survival.
